By accessing and using this online store (the "Store"), operated by Thirty Third Company, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Store.

3. Products and Pricing

All product prices are displayed in the selected currency (USD or ZWG). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are subject to availability.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed. All orders are subject to acceptance. Payment is processed through Paynow, which supports EcoCash, OneMoney, bank transfers, and card payments. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination within Zimbabwe. Delivery times vary by location. Harare deliveries typically take 1–3 business days, Bulawayo 2–5 business days, and other areas 3–7 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return. Contact us at the email address provided on our contact page to initiate a return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Store, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Thirty Third Company or its suppliers and is protected by Zimbabwean and international intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Thirty Third Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or any products purchased through the Store.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
