Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paynow payments in US Dollars (USD) and Zimbabwe Gold (ZWG), as well as EcoCash and OneMoney mobile wallets for ZWG carts. The payment options shown at checkout always match the currency your cart is in.

Can I check out without creating an account?
Yes! Guest checkout is fully supported. Add items to your cart and check out with just your name, email and shipping address - no account required.

I switched the currency to ZWG but the payment options still show USD (or vice versa). Is that a bug?
Payment options always match your cart's currency. If your cart is in USD you will only see USD payment methods; if it is in ZWG you will only see ZWG methods. Use the currency selector in the header to switch your cart currency before checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Harare and Bulawayo: 1-2 business days. Other cities and towns: 2-4 business days. International deliveries: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Do you ship outside Zimbabwe?
Yes - we ship worldwide. Enter your international address at checkout and shipping costs will be calculated for your destination.

Accounts

If I create an account after adding items to my cart, will I lose my cart?
No. Your cart survives registration and login. After signing up or signing in you'll be taken straight back to checkout with everything still in your cart.
